I understand that by filling out the wine club form below that I will receive
information about Dr. Toad's 333 Club along with a sign up form in the mail.
After I have filled out the form completely and Toad Hollow has received
my information, my credit card will then automatically be billed for each
3 bottle shipment, 3 times a year. The average cost of each shipment
will be $35.00-$45.00 plus tax where applicable. This price
does not include shipping and handling fees
or any optional shipments you may choose.
* You may cancel your membership at any
time. Three weeks notice for cancellation is required.
All wine not picked up at the Pick-Up Party will be shipped
to you. All information provided
is for exclusive use of Dr. Toad’s
333 Club. We will not give out
this information, we promise.
