Risque Sparkling Wine Cocktail Recipes

SPARKLING POMEGRANATE:
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
4 oz Toad Hollow Risqué
Lime Squeeze
Pomegranate Seeds
Rosemary
Muddle Rosemary Sprig with Pomegranate Juice. Strain juice into Champagne glass. Top with Risqué and a spritz of lime. Garnish with Pomegranate seeds and a sprig of Rosemary.

BESS COCKTAIL:
1 quarter of a lime
5 oz Toad Hollow Risqué
Crushed Ice Put crushed ice into a glass, pour Risqué over crushed ice, squeeze lime and stir. Garnish with lime slice and serve.


FRANKIE GOES TO SEAGROVE:
1 1/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz of Strawberry puree – or any seasonal puree
3 oz Toad Hollow Risqué
Rosemary
Combine Elderflower Liqueur and puree in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a martini glass. Top it with Risqué and garnish with sprig of Rosemary.


SPARKLING JULEP:
.5 oz *Simple Syrup
8-10 Mint Leaves
1 dash bitters
4 oz Toad Hollow Risqué

Muddle ingredients in Double Old Fashion Glass. Top with 4 oz Risqué. Fill with crushed ice. Garnish with Mint and Lemon Wheel.

Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup white sugar In medium saucepan combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved, about 3 minutes. Allow to cool. Makes 1 1/3 cups. Keep refrigerated in a glass jar for 1 month.
